- NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2019 -

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019 of the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong (NorCham) will be held on the following date, and at the following time and place, namely:

Time:      6pm to 8pm
Place:     Kennedy Room, Level 7
                The Conrad Hotel
                Pacific Place, 88 Queensway
                Hong Kong
 
In order to form a quorum (as per the NorCham bylaws) for the AGM, we need to receive replies from no less than one quarter of our members. YOUR ATTENDANCE IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT TO THE SUCCESS OF THIS MEETING!
