Norwegian Seamen’s Church

The old Norwegian Seamen’s Church in Hong Kong already ceased operation in the 1980’s. Instead, a Norwegian-based Seaman’s Priest ambulates the Asian/Pacific region, and travels to Hong Kong several times a year. Current Seaman’s Priest for Asia is Mr Steinar Rishaug.

Norwegian International School in Hong Kong

Norwegian International School is a Christian, international, non-profit school owned by the Norwegian Lutheran Mission (NLM).

In 2010 the founder of the school, the Norwegian Lutheran Mission, transferred the sponsorship of NIS to Generations Christian Education (Generations). The school is registered with the Education and Manpower Bureau of Hong Kong.
