SAS reopens shanghai – copenhagen route
Starting September 29, 2020 SAS will resume its operation between Asia and Scandinavia, with a weekly departure from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to Copenhagen*. The flights will depart from Shanghai on Thursdays and from Copenhagen on Tuesdays. The route will be operated by SAS' new Airbus A350. At the end of October, SAS is also planning to resume flights to Beijing provided that SAS obtains the necessary approval from the authorities (subject to government approval).
A COVID-19 nucleic acid test showing negative result is mandatory for all passengers traveling from or via Copenhagen to China. The COVID-19 test must be valid and the test result must be received at most (earliest) 72 hours before travel. At CPH, there will also be a temperature test. Passengers with fever or showing symptoms for COVID-19 will be denied boarding. Please visit the official website of Chinese Embassy in Denmark for detailed information.
